LABOUR LAW

We have over 30 years experience in Labour Law including dealing with Employment Law, unfair dismissals, redundancy, temporary and part time employment, employment equality claims, applications to a Rights Commissioner, protecting your rights as an employee or an employer.

Maximising your time, minimising your liability ….

The modern employment relationship is increasingly dominated by legislation. Yet the relationship between an employer and employee is like no other. It is commercial in nature but involves close human relationships beyond those found in ordinary contracts.

Today best practice is constantly being redefined. This imposes a greater potential liability on employers. Keeping apace of these changes also requires more of your valuable time.

This is a rapidly emerging area of practice in the present economic climate. We advise on all legal issues arising from employment disputes or redundancy.
